Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the banking sector (a plus!)
