Devops engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of production systems
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Manage and configure cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to meet business requirements
• Implement and enforce best practices for code versioning, configuration management, and system documentation
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to infrastructure, processes, and tools
• Utilize ArgoCD for continuous delivery and GitOps practices
• Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments

Skills And Qualifications:

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure automation tools
• Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis
• Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD
• Experience in Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• Experience in at least one of the infrastructure as a code tool such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with automating building cloud environments by using CICD full stack like Azure DevOps, Jenkins,..etc.
•  Experience in any monitoring tool is a plus (e.g: Prometheus)
• Experience in secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of GitOps
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus
